Indications and Effects
Supplementation when dietary intake of vitamins contained in this drug is insufficient due to increased demand (wasting diseases, pregnant women, lactating women, etc.)
Do not use for months on end without any effect.
Dosage and Administration
Adults should usually inject 2-10mL subcutaneously, intramuscularly, or intravenously in 1-3 divided doses per day.
The dose may be increased or decreased depending on age and symptoms.

Do not administer to the following patients
2.1 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to this drug and thiamine chloride hydrochloride
2.2 Patients with hemophilia [Panthenol may prolong bleeding time.]

9.7.1 Clinical trials have not been conducted on children, etc.
9.7.2 Caution should be exercised when administering to low birth weight infants and newborns. There have been reports in foreign countries of low birth weight infants experiencing symptoms of poisoning (gasping, acidosis, convulsions, etc.) following intravenous administration of large amounts of benzyl alcohol (99-234 mg/kg). This drug contains benzyl alcohol as an additive.

14.1 Precautions when Administering Drugs
14.1.1 Intravenous Injection
Vascular pain may occur, so the injection speed should be as slow as possible.
14.1.2 Intramuscular Injection
(1) Pain and induration may occur at the injection site.
(2) Pay attention to the following points to avoid effects on tissues, nerves, etc.
– Avoid repeated injections into the same site.
Particular care should be taken with low birth weight infants, newborns, infants, young children, and children.
– Be careful to avoid areas along nerves.
If the patient complains of severe pain when the needle is inserted, which may be due to hitting a nerve, immediately remove the needle and inject into a different site.
– Gently pull the inner barrel of the syringe to make sure there is no backflow of blood before injecting.
